Baby Botox or classic?
The term sounds like marketing but describes a real technique: fewer units, spread more finely. Ideal for some – ineffective for others.

Baby Botox is not a different product but a lower dose in more points. What that means for effect, naturalness, duration and price
Dose and distribution.
Baby Botox ('micro-Botox', 'meso-Botox') uses the same botulinum toxin in a clearly lower dose – often half or less – spread over more injection points. The muscles are not immobilised but slightly dampened: expression is fully preserved, lines become softer, not smooth. The aim is prevention and a 'rested' look, not freedom from wrinkles.
The classic dose relaxes the muscle enough for the line to disappear at rest and to form only weakly with expression. It lasts longer (three to five months), is the only effective variant for deep lines and strong muscles, and is just as natural when placed correctly.
For whom Baby Botox fits: younger patients with first dynamic lines, people who professionally depend on full expression, first treatments to try it out, areas such as the forehead with low eyebrows. Disadvantage: shorter duration (two to three months) and hardly any effect on deep lines.
For whom the classic dose fits: pronounced frown or forehead lines, strong muscles (often in men), masseter and hyperhidrosis (where Baby Botox is pointless), wish for longer effect. The fear of the 'mask face' is not a question of dose category but of placement and measure.

Frequently asked questions.
Is Baby Botox cheaper?
Usually not; the effort per zone is the same or higher because more points are placed. But it lasts less long, so yearly costs are similar or higher.
Can I start with Baby Botox and increase later?
Yes, that is a good way: at the check-up after two weeks the dose can be topped up until the result fits.
