Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 to 15:00. Treatments are by appointment only, so there is enough time for a proper consultation and the treatment itself.

By public transport: the nearest stop is Rüttenscheider Stern (Ruhrbahn), served by light-rail line U11 and tram line 108, plus line 107 at peak times; lines 101 and 106 stop at street level. From exit B it is roughly 300 metres on foot to Rosastraße.
By car: Rüttenscheid is reached via the A52 motorway (exit Essen-Rüttenscheid) and Alfredstraße. There is on-street parking around the practice – please check the signs for paid parking zones. Open the route in Google Maps.
Accessibility: appointments are scheduled so that waiting times stay short. If you have questions about access to the practice rooms, please call ahead and we will sort it out personally.

Do you treat patients with statutory health insurance?
VIVA DERM is a private practice. Treatments are for privately insured and self-paying patients, invoiced individually according to the German scale of fees for physicians (GOÄ).
Is the practice English-speaking?
Yes. Consultations and treatments can be held in English, and the website is available in English and Farsi as well.
What does a consultation alone cost?
A consultation without a subsequent treatment is charged at a flat 50 €. If a treatment follows, the consultation is included in the treatment price.
Where exactly is the practice?
Rosastraße 6a, 45130 Essen, in the Rüttenscheid district. The Rüttenscheider Stern stop (U11, tram 108 and 107) is about 300 metres away.
