Unhappy with the result?
It happens – in good practices too. What matters is what happens next. A factual guide for the first two weeks and after.

You don't like the result, it looks asymmetric or too strong: when to wait, when a touch-up is possible
Assess first, then act.
The first days deceive. After fillers, swelling and asymmetry are normal in the first week; after botulinum toxin the result is complete only after 14 days. Before day 14 almost nothing can be assessed sensibly. Photos from the treatment day help with comparison.
Typical problems and solutions: too little effect – top up at the check-up. Asymmetry after botulinum toxin – small correction with a few units. Drooping brow or lid – passes in four to eight weeks; eye drops can bridge. Lumps or too much filler – massage, or dissolving with hyaluronidase. Too much effect overall – with botulinum toxin only time, with hyaluronic acid dissolving.
Talking to the practice: get in touch – no practice resents it. Describe concretely what bothers you and come to the check-up. A reputable practice honestly assesses whether the result matches the plan and offers correction. Documentation and photos are part of it.
If trust is missing: you may seek a second opinion. Bring the treatment documentation (product, amount, date) – the practice must hand it to you (§ 630g BGB). With serious complications (pain, skin discolouration, visual disturbance) do not wait but see a physician immediately.
And if you simply don't like it? That happens without any mistake having been made. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved, botulinum toxin wears off. The most important lesson is usually: less next time – or not at all.
The essentials.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I have to pay for the touch-up?
Each practice sets its own rule. At VIVA DERM the fine correction at the check-up after botulinum toxin is included in the price; for additional filler the material used is charged.
Can I reverse Botox?
No, there is no antidote. The effect wears off noticeably after eight to twelve weeks.
