What does it really cost?
Prices in aesthetic medicine look arbitrary at first glance. In fact they follow a clear logic – and in one respect even the law.

How prices for Botox, fillers and similar treatments are formed: the German GOÄ, 'from' prices, material, sessions and why flat offers are questionable.
Understanding understanding costs.
Medical services are invoiced under the GOÄ. The German scale of fees for physicians is a legal regulation; it determines how medical services are calculated. That is why there are no true flat prices, but invoicing based on findings and effort.
Hence 'from' prices. The figures on this website are non-binding guide prices. What is finally invoiced depends on the amount needed, the time involved and the findings. You learn the concrete price in the consultation – before treatment.
What drives the price. With botulinum toxin it is the number of zones treated; with fillers the millilitres and the area; with skin boosters, polynucleotides and PRP the number of sessions. The consultation is included in every treatment price.
Be careful with deals and discounts. For medical services, flat prices and discount campaigns are problematic under German professional rules. If an offer is sold mainly on price, it is worth asking who treats you, with what, and what is included.
And health insurance? Aesthetic treatments are self-paid. For medically indicated uses – excessive sweating, for example – coverage may be possible in individual cases; clarify that with your insurer in advance.
The essentials.

Frequently asked questions.
Why won't you quote a fixed price on the phone?
Because the effort is only clear after the examination. A serious price statement requires knowing the findings.
Are more expensive treatments better?
Not automatically. What matters is the indication, technique and dosage – not the amount of material.
Can I pay in instalments?
Please ask us directly; that is discussed individually.
Where do I find current prices?
The prices page lists all guide prices by treatment.
