By public transport: By train from Mülheim Hbf on the S1, RE or RB to Essen Hbf (about 10 minutes), then the U11 towards Messe/Gruga to Rüttenscheider Stern; from there it is about 300 metres on foot. Usually under 30 minutes in total.

How an appointment works.

Treatment: usually possible in the same appointment if nothing speaks against it after the consultation. Afterwards you are generally presentable straight away; a check-up after two weeks is usual. This information does not replace the medical consultation required by German law (§ 630e BGB).

Can I have the consultation and treatment on the same day?
Usually yes, if nothing speaks against it after examination and consultation and you have had time to consider. You can also come for a consultation only (€50, credited against a treatment).
